Hard copies will be also distributed to the Medical Center Departments. Take the challenge to fill the questionnaire and submit it either on-line or by hand to the Accreditation Office, AUBMC, Phase I, 8th floor, above the Emergency Department, room 801 / 802 by April 30, 2010.
